AISTech 2026 Trade Show
To celebrate its 20th Anniversary, my company doubled its booth size and invested in a complete conference materials revamp. Here's what I accomplished:
Booth Redesign
Led the design and procurement of a new booth built to simulate the experience of being "inside" an EAF
Event Logistics
Coordinated the logistics and operations for a 16 person team during event setup and teardown
"Steel Soar" Videogame
Conceptualized "Steel Soar," a game inspired by Flappy Bird, with 50+ players and increased booth engagement
Cross-Department Projects
Managed collaboration between 3 departments to develop an interactive touchscreen product catalog
Designed and facilitated a 3-hour “People Skills Workshop” featuring training simulations and customer engagement exercises for employees attending the show.
Internal Team Preparation
Event Coordination
Planned and executed a 20th Anniversary Celebration for both clients and employees with 330+ attendees in honor to celebrate the company's founders.
Organized a group of local high school students to attend the AISTech through the Students To Steel program, including pre-show preparation meetings and organizing engagement activities at the show.
